Reveal Headers in MAIL

I cannot seem to find where I can see all the IP headers and server names for emails in my MAIL app. on my desktop. Anybody have any ideas pls?
[doublepost=1535213631][/doublepost]Ahhh Somehow by poking may choices I found it! It is in the MAIL APP, VIEW, MESSAge then you can click on HEADER. WHEW. FYI.
