Reverse tethering

Is there anyway I can broadcast my wifi as a hotspot for my iPhone to connect to? My phone does not get good wifi signal while my laptop does. Internet sharing from the macbook pro does not work.

You can if your MBP has an ethernet connection to the internet, click on the menubar wifi icon and select "create network"

I don't believe the Apple Wi-Fi cards can be part of two networks simultaneously. You could buy an external USB Wi-Fi card and then you could do this.

Can you share the network over Bluetooth from mac to iPhone?

You could try but I'm not sure you can share the internet from the MBP to the iPhone on BT, normally tethering is the other way.

No the WiFi on the Mac can't both connect to the router and the iPhone at the same time on different networks.
