Revert back to old contacts

I said this in iOS but I will say it here because I feel I will have more success here. The Facebook sync destroyed my contacts. Time Machine didn't sync before Facebook synced and I can't go and further back than when I got DP4 So is there any other way. It already spread to my iPhone and iPad.

THings like this are why I hate the idea of Facebook integration. I try to use the site as little as I can, why would I want it in my OS? Same for Twitter IMO, no reason not to just let them have good applications in the app store, I'd rather they spend the time bringing back iDisk functionality.

Back to OP's question: You may have to manually edit/remove them one by one.

Just because you don’t like the feature, doesn’t mean that other people agree with you. Like it or not, people use Facebook and Twitter and they like having the ability to track friends with it. If you don’t want to use it, don’t use it! This is an OPTIONAL (read the definition) component that nobody is required to use at all. It is there for people who want to use it. I know tons of people that would love the ability to get easy access to their Facebook friends without going to the page and hunting around for relevant information. They would rather have native support.

Having the OS support makes using these services (like Flickr for example) easier and much more convenient and easier to use and actually saves Flickr the effort of developing something they are unlikely to bother doing in the first place.

Yeah, I would like it if it worked... I have an old iPhone restore with 85% of my contacts. Is there any way I can extract only the contacts? I saw there was an application from Wondershare that does this but definitely not paying 50 dollars for a one time thing.
