is there a way to revert back to safari 6.0.3? 6.0.4 seems to be very buggy, freezes, artifacts ect. of course maybe it is 10.8.3 causing this issues.
Unless large numbers of Mac users are experiencing EXACTLY the same issue, the chances are that this is not an inherent problem with Safari 6.0.4, nor a problem with 10.8.3, but simply "a problem you are having on your computer right now".
That means there is probably a way to fix it without down-grading, which for all you know may not solve the problem.
First thing to do is test a brand new user account and see if the problem persists there. If not, then the issue is nothing to do with the version of Safari or your OS, but some problem in your old user account, such as a corrupt preference or cache, or some incompatible software running (e.g. Login Items).
Remove any Safari Extensions and see if that improves things. Try Safe Boot Mode (though some wireless connections might not work in SBM).
Does the problem persist if you use a network cable?
These are the sorts of things that you need to do to test and isolate the nature of the problem.
