Reverting to old phone call UI

Has anyone found a way to revert to the old phone call UI with the menu buttons in the middle of the screen? I don’t really intend to use the call portraits and having the menu in the middle of the screen was more comfortable. I checked the phone app settings but dont see any options there.

Sadly you can’t, and wow is that ugly… Apple’s taste died on iOS 7.
