Safari is quickly becoming unusable for me because of this pop up. I’ll be browsing major company sites and all of a sudden a pop up will come up with no way to exit out and I’ll be taken to a new page about an amazon reward. They all come from rewardshq . to. I’m using the native pop up blocker but is there anyway to add specific urls to the block list.

I would go into settings -> Safari -> Clear History and Website Data and see if that helps first. It's odd that it's always coming from the same site even though you are going to different company sites.

Do you not have a content blocker installed? E.g. AdGuard

It appears that these popups are becoming more and more aggressive. As @willmtaylor suggested, I would definitely install a content blocker (my favorite is AdGuard-free). Have not had a single issue with this since I started using it.
