Hello,

Occasionally the internet on my new rMBP (late 2013, 15"), running OS X 10.9.1, is extremely slow. It will only partially load webpages after several minutes. I've done a traceroute of Google and the ping is several seconds long. DNS is set to 8.8.8.8 (Google). No other devices on the same network has any problems. And it is always fixed with a restart (super fast straight away).

What could be the cause of this? It's very strange!

Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you removed the google DNS and reset it back to your ISP does that fix the issue?

I'll try that next time it slows down, thanks for the suggestion! Although I don't expect it to, as I changed it to the Google DNS the first time it became crazy slow, suspecting that that was the issue.

I have exactly the same problem. Tried DNS change and disabling bluetooth and other fixes. None of them worked. Any help would be highly appreciated.
