My right AirPod Pro is not connecting. So basically, I was playing on my Xbox for a while with them sitting out of the case and I brought them to the case and the right one wouldn’t connect. I charged them overnight with them in the case and the right AirPod still wouldn’t work. Thanks in advance.

Does your iPhone register a battery level for the right AirPod? Here are two ways to check:

1. Put both AirPods in the case and close it. Unlock your iPhone and leave it on the home screen. Bring your AirPods case near to the iPhone and open it. It should display the battery percentage for both the AirPods and the case:

Now remove one of the AirPods from the case and leave the other one in the case. It should then show the individual battery levels*:

*If one is lower than the other, I think it will show both percentages even if they're both in the case still.

2. Add either one of the battery widgets that show the percentages and leave one AirPod in the case:

Something similar happened to me. In my case, the single airpod IS connected, but just no sound come out of it, except for when I switch between transparency, noise cancellation and off.
After a little troubleshooting, I noticed that in the MIDI app, on my Mac, one of the two airpods' volume was set to zero. To fix it, I just raised the volume bar to the same level as the other airpod.

I once had such issue (don't remember if it was the left or right) and I fixed it by resetting the connection. I first made sure to forget the pairing between the phone and AirPods Pro. Then I paired them again and they both connected successfully.

You are welcome! Fingers crossed that this fixes it for you too ;)!
Yes, another thing I noticed though. When it connected, the battery life was significantly effected. The case, which charges it, doesn’t charge it. I have to usually put the case on the charger so the watts flow to the AirPod, not the case. This may be from possible damage though since I drop my AirPod case a lot.

I have some issues with one of the AirPods Pro not making contact with the charging case. In my case it is usually the left one. I notice this because it continues to connect to my iPhone despite being in the case. I have no real solution for this. I usually open the case and remove the pods and put them again in attempt to make better connection so that they can get charged. Usually it works after 2-3 tries.
