Right-Click causes Finder to crash

Im using a blackbook with the bluetooth mighty mouse. Every once in a while when i right click on an item within finder, it will cause it to crash. Anyone know whats wrong and how to fix it?

A finder plugin perhaps?

Can you right-click with the trackpad without a crash? (click trackpad button with two fingers on the trackpad)
Do you have any InputManagers installed?
Are there any error messages in Console?

Have you got Stuffit Deluxe loaded?

This should have been fixed by now, it was four months ago when I had this problem.
