I have a mbp and don't want to get a wireless mouse. Is there anyway to right click in windows without one? In OS X i can hold down control and it works. In vista it does not.

I don't know about the MBP specifically, but on my macbook to right click in windows I have to put two fingers on the track pad (that would be how I right click on mac os x) but then you also have to press the track pad button while you have 2 fingers on the trackpad
