Hi fellows, after the update my 2012 MBP has mysteriously remapped the right cmd to tab. I have Usb-Overdrive and Keyboard Maestro running, but they don't seem to be the cause of the problem. Keyboard>Function keys is also in default setting. Needless to say, reboot doesn't do anything. Any ideas?

Yes
I'd temporarily uninstall both Apps, reboot, and see what happens.
Karabiner went down the tubes with Sierra. So That's unlikely to help you.

Test in Safe Boot too, if it's not happening there you know it's something launching on login (Login Items, LaunchAgents, etc)

Thanks for your replies. The problem seems to be this: USB Overdrive previously only remapped the USB-Keyboard. Now it also works on the built in keyboard. I had to set to default the Right Cmd, which messed with my shortcuts via USB, but i got it working in the end. A shame that Keyboard Maestro doesn't remap modifier keys!
