Ring and text tones with new iPhone X and iTunes

Hello,
I'm running the current version of iTunes and OS. I just got my iPhone X and for some reason I can't seem to get all my ringtones and text tones I had created in the past and used on previous phones onto the new phone or even into iTunes.

I tried to add them to the library no good then I dragged and dropped the files into iTunes and resync'd the phone some came on the phone and some didn't but they kinda look greyed out in iTunes. Any changes anyone knows of or? I feel like this is the worst version of iTunes I've ever used.

Also notice that you can't find Music Videos in the iTunes store it's like they are phasing them out.

I lost mine too and couldn’t find a way to load them back in. I gave up.

I was able to add most of mine back by dragging and dropping them in iTunes but I can recall the actual steps. I fuddled for about 15 minutes to make it work. Keep trying.

I ended up downloading AnyTrans to get my tones back.
