iPhone 8/Plus Ring back tones for iphone

I can add a ring tone, but do not know how to add a ring back tone, music callers hear instead of a ring. Please give simple directions. Thanks!

That is a carrier feature.

That was one of the worst “features” ever introduced by carriers.

I really don’t care to listen to someone’s favourite song for 5 seconds before they pickup.
