I recently upgraded my MBP mid2012 to 2015. I used migration assistant to transfer everything to the new Mac.
I am keeping getting an alert from the system:

"ringcentral inc can automatically configure you mac, based on settings provided by your system administrator- Allow? Cancel?"

I never got this message with my previous Macs/iPhones.
I don't know if this in agreement with Apple? or it is a way of Hacking my system?
Of course I didn't accept, but it is keeping getting on and on.

Any advice?

That's usually a sign that the laptop you got was a used company laptop for RingCentral. Someone either forgot to remove the business profile or it was a stolen laptop that was sold. Do you know where you got it from?
I got it from a store (for used computers). I guess they may have got it from ebay (I don't know definitely). this is not the first time to deal with them.
I tried to check warranty with apple, but it keeps telling me to enter a VALID SERIAL NUMBER !!!.

Anyway, is there a way to get rid of such annoying notification?

Nope. You need to return it for a refund.
