iPhone Ringtone /notifcation issues with ios 13.2

My phone wont ring when i recieve calls, no matter what i do, i can get to it ONE time after i Reboot. after that it just stay silent. the same for Notifications. I know its a Beta. i just want to know if anyone else have the same problem.

Try a full settings reset and if that doesn’t help, a DFU restore.

I have already tried that. Works Great for a few minutes. After that.... silence.

You tried a complete restore using DFU method and still same result?

Now i have restored in DFU mode. And it stil don’t work after 1 phonecall it’s just silent. Getting real sick of this. 3 years with android. And no issues. 2 weeks with iPhone and lot of things don’t work. It can’t connect to my Model 3, so I have to use the phone and press unlock. Using 80% of batt. In a day. With my one plus 7 pro I use 45%. I’m really disappointed. With iPhone 11.
