iOS ringtones folder in iphone

can anyone please guide as to how to access the General > Settings> Sounds> ringtones folder in iPhone? i need to write a file into this folder.

You can jailbreak and SSH into the folder if you really wanted to.

can you please provide the details regarding SSH, do we have to install it into the iphone?? will xcode compile the app code??
