I have been looking everywhere, searing the internet and all through Installer, Where and how do I get custom music ringtones for my iPhone?

Download and install PhoneZap onto your phone (featured app on installer). With it you can create your own ringtones from the music files on your phone. It allows you to set a starting time and ending time so that you can cut the part that you want for the ringtone, you can prview it, change the settings and once your happy with the result you can then convert that section to a ringtone at the push of a button. Way easier than searching the net :)

I see the app in the featured section in Installer, but when i tap it it just highlights it for a split second and does not go to the next page where I actually install the app.

Maybe I have horrible luck or maybe others are having problems as well. I finally installed it, but now when I try to start PhoneZap, it just reboots back to the home screen. What can i do?

You don't have to be unlocked for custom ringtones. You can make your own custom ringtones with Garageband.

Or if you have windows, use iphoneringtonemaker. Or you can also use itoner if you have OSX.

Very easy stuff to do.
