Ringtones not showing up on iPhone! Grrr

So I have made a few ringtones using iTunes (on Mac) - converting selection, changing filename to .m4r etc. Dragged them all over to my iPhone but ONLY 2 (out of 4) can be found on the actual iPhone - despite it saying in iTunes, under Ringtones on the iPhone, that they are all there... what's up with that??? Is there something I'm missing?

Are they all 30 seconds or less?
 
Ah is that it? Yeah, the ones that aren't showing are more.. thanks a bunch!!
