a gasping dying planet
so i create ringtones in garage band (my own creations, no copyright infringement!! . . . ) and then copy them over to the iphone. in itunes, the menu shows 4 different named ringtones i've created. when i go to the iphone, i have 4 of the exact same ring tone to chose from.

so on itunes under devices: iphone and ringtones menu, i see

-song 1
-song 2
-song 3
-song 4

when i open up the sounds on the iphone itself and chose ringtone i see:
-song 1
-song 1
-song 1
-song 1

any idea how to fix this???!!!

This same thing is happening to me. I created 5 ringtones in iTunes - all of them work individually just fine...(if I load them on my iphone by themself they each work)...but when I try to put more than one custom ringtone on my iphone it has 5 copies of 1 ringtone...

Anyone?

Also I have deleted them and re-added the ringtones like 5 times and I even updated my iphone software last night - still not working!
