ringtones with garage band

hello. not sure if anyone can help, but i can create ringtones for my iphone (from songs in itunes) but when i choose to send ringtone to itunes a message pops up saying ringtones must be 40 secs or less. i click adjust for garageband to do it automatic then send to itunes but when it does the ringtone is only 8 secs long. any way of making the ringtones longer ? thanx

instead of having garageband fix it i just deleted it myself to about 35 seconds and it just accepted it. try that
