Fun fact: The M1 iMac is the first all-in-one or tower desktop Mac ever to not used the C13 power connector (also known as an Osha connector, it's the name of the computer end of the power cables that came with every prior Mac). It's been used since the Apple II from 1977. (I haven't been able to figure out what the Apple I used, so that might be the first.) It's been one of the few things every Mac (aside from the Mac mini) had in common.

My old PowerMac G5 had a standard C14 inlet designed to receive power cables with a C13 on one end. As far as I know, they all did. I can’t think of any towers that used any other arrangement, though I’m pretty sure the iMac G4 had a C6 inlet designed for cables using the C5 connector... perhaps there were others?

iMac G4's had C5 cloverleaf style. So did at least some mac mini power bricks.
