Ripped headphone jack connector

Hello MRF, as I was fixing the glass on my friends Ipod touch first generation, I accidentily tore the small cable connecting the headphone jack to the board. Nothing else is damaged, and I found the part I need, but I literally have no clue how I would install this. Can anyone give me some information here?

edit: it tore right above the two white lines, on the picture on the right side.
