I have a concert DVD that I would like to have the audio from for my Ipod. Is there software that would allow me to pull the audio into some format that could later be compressed into an MP3 or ACC?

thanks

use line in on your mac if you have it - simple and quicker then software

I didn't read the other thread, but I can answer it anyway. Get mactheripper, and put in dvd. In mactheripper and to go mode, and choose title only, and then the D for demux, then I forget what else might need to be done. But to skip to the end, choose GO! and when its done ripping there will be separate audio from video. TA DA!

But then the audio is still in AC3. You'll still need something to convert it to AIFF or MP3. Something like mAC3dec. It's mentioned in that thread.
