About Rise of Heroes, we have 4 interesting things to talk about since they really make Rise of Heroes UNIQUE:
The first thing: It's about the Battle System!
Not like other games in the App Store which has 2 typical formulas:
User's Controlled Battle (which gets bored & tired in long battle) &
User's Controlled Battle plus Auto System (which make non-Auto battle becomes nonsense). Rise of Heroes's battle is a mix of good points, it's fast & fun to watch, it's auto but still need interactions in decisive moments ! The 4 key conditions to win a battle in Rise of Heroes are: the combination of heroes, the position of heroes, the skill to use item in the right time & player's investment on their key heroes.
The second thing: Heroes
What we have is actually... not unique
. BUT heroes system in Rise of Heroes is carefully designed to make sure 3 things: they must look nice, each hero in RoH is unique, each hero has their own unique special skills. In Rise of Heroes, it's not just picking a random hero and putting lots of money will do the thing. Players need a team, a combination of right heroes to get their own winning in Story Mode or PVP battle. Every single recruited hero will bring new strategy for player.
So, while Rise of Heroes has Heroes System like other RPG games, but it has a lots of depths on each hero which many ways to find great heroes that will surely surprise player as long as they discover further in Rise of Heroes vast world.
The third thing: Online PvP
Joining the Tournament System of Rise of Heroes will guarantee a great experience. Because player will see tons of other strategies of million players around the world. Battling in Tournament brings a complete different feeling from Story Mode because of that. Player needs the combinations of the 4 key battle conditions to beat other players. Winning every battle in Tournament will returns medals which can be used to trade for awesome items. Player can also compete with their "real friend" as long as their friend also has Rise of Heroes on their devices.
The last thing: Playable WITH or WITHOUT Networking!
Not like other games in the same genre in the Apple App Store which always requires network (or even strong network condition) to play. Rise of Heroes only demands networking where-ever it's really needed. We divide Rise of Heroes gameplay to different parts carefully, the result is that player will have things to do even when they don't have the access into network, all functions that don't need network will be still playable. And players don't need to worry about their progression, since it will be back-ed up to our cloud servers later when the network comes back.
