Windows rMBP 15" late 2013 Windows 8.1 low RAM clock speed

Hi!

Im running bootcamp w8.1 and use it for gaming. But i noticed my ram clockspeed was running at only about 798 mhz while i have installed 16GB 1600mhz. Is there an explenation for this or is my mac running at too low speed?

Your RAM is running correctly. It operates at 800 MHz x 2, which is where you get the name double data rate (DDR). The program is simply reporting the base frequency. 798 MHz x 2 = 1600 (essentially).
