iPad mini rMini LTE rear skins SIM tray opening off

Both BestSkinsEver and PhantomSkins rear skins do not have the proper SIM tray cut-outs. 128GB ATT, photos below.

Skintomi TechSkin from Amazon is lined up okay. Slightly off center, crowding the bottom side of the tray, but the tray itself is free and clear.

I'm happy with it, especially for $4 shipped. I used a Green Onions Supply protector for the screen as the wet apply skins suck for screens.
