So, I am looking for a gas app to further enhance my mpg tracking. Currently, I am using Road trip Lite, and I really really love it. However, I have not used any of the other gas apps as Road Trip was the only one who offered a lite version of their software. I want to upgrade, but before I do, I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on the other programs and how they compare. What I like about Road Trip is the very clean interface, the way you input info, and the full version has the ability to import all my data over from lite. I am also excited about the "Road Trip" feature within the app for long car trips, but can't find anyone to tell me how that works. As you can tell, I have mostly made up my mind, but I am on the fence and wonder about how well all the other programs work that I have never tried before I make that dive into this one.

Road Trip vs. GasCubby vs. AccuFuel vs.??

I tried several when the App Store first debuted, and decided on AccuFuel. I've been happy with it. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, and this does what it says it does, and is very stable.
I'm using GasCubby. I haven't tried any of the other ones but I really like the interface for GasCubby, very intuitive. I also like it for it's service reminders such as oil changes, tire rotation, alignment, etc. It's a really great app for car maintenance and I'd recommend it.
I went with Road Trip. Being the only one who offered a lite version, I got hooked on the functionality of it. It has a road trip feature that will separately input your highway trips if you choose so that you can both track expenses for the whole trip as well as if you choose to, separate out the gas mileage for those trips and your day-to-day city driving so the graph isn't too skewed after a long trip. It tracks maintenance and breaks it down into your daily cost to operate your vehicle for both gas usage and repairs. Also, the interface is beautiful, and all the info is on the first page. If anyone is still on the fence about one of these programs, I would highly recommend trying the lite version of Road Trip before deciding which one to purchase.
