Ive only played 1.5 songs but I plan to get a lot more face time with it soon. Love it so far...feels just like the console versions. I wonder how much the 2 track packs will be. .99 cents for 2 songs? nice.

i want this game but cant pay the 9.99 lol....paying .99 cents for tap tap 3 then paying 10 bucks for rock band? nahhhh...l.i will keep dominating tap tap till the price drops on rockband....it will eventually drop correct?

I"ll be waiting for a cheaper version without much content. Seems like the perfect app for the new rules on the DLC. Free and buy what you want. HOwever, i'd pay a couple of bucks for 1-2 songs, then let me pick.

But $10 to start? Not going to happen.

$10 is a very fair price for a quality app like this. If you guys expect all apps to be .99 cents companies like EA will stop supporting the iPhone.

I don't expect it to be less - but i'd rather they take advantage of the fact you can buy songs and so instead of forcing 20 songs on us, let us build the content ourselves.

In my case, my kids want it - but they aren't getting it until there is content for them (which there might never be, it's taken YEARS to get it for the consoles).

So sell me a shell game - and let me pick my songs for the rest.

I'm assuming that is how it is packaged on the Verizon phone? I saw that the pricing for it started at $3.99.

Verizon RockBand Mobile is a simpler game (3 frets rather than 4) and costs $4/month or $10 one-off price

Thanks - it doesn't work on my Treo so i didn't look further than the, "starting at $3.99" part. Gee, i'd not pay $4/mo for it - do you get new songs each month?

I'll keep watching how this goes. And for the record, i'm not into not paying for games (or thinking everything should be 99 cents), heck, i bought Edge and Peggle this weekend.

has anyone downloaded this whilst still on 3.0.1 software? The description on itunes says requires 3.0+ O.S but the description says for optimal performance use 3.1

Which is right? does it work on 3.0.1??

I installed it on my 3GS running 3.0 and it runs perfectly. It actually crashed in the middle of a game on my 3G running 3.1.2.

$9.99 is a very good price for this game. I wouldn't expect any less for this quality. The graphics are amazing.

After playing the Rock Band and Tap Tap, I can honestly say that Rock Band is much better music game. The presentation is amazing. And in Rock Band, when you make a mistake, you can hear it. (In Tap Tap songs go on whether you miss the note or not) I think it is well worth $10.

P.S - Tap Tap has more songs, but I am a believer of quality over quantity.
