Stereotyping makes me laugh sometimes. Like when I did some modelling a few years back, I got talking to the other models about interests etc and I said "I'm a games designer". Which got them all gob smacked. Same effect vice versa. A friend hosted a Halo game, I could tell they thought I was some vain non-gamer. But I kicked their arses.

Why is it so surprising when people do polar opposites?

Never heard of a nice friendly man beat women up? Maybe a musician who didn't do drugs? a sky diving priest (we have one of them!)? a cheerleader studying *anything*?
