about a week ago I posted a thread on Safari sucking for me, being slow and unresponsive, and well after removing extension which i thought was the problem, it turned out this version of safari sucks full stop on my iMac.

Is there any way I can roll back 6.05 to 6.04?

It's not possible unless you do a full reinstallation back to an older version of Mountain Lion.
That said, it's most likely not Safari 6.0.5 that's the root of your problem.

Damn. And really, why would that be? This is a 6 month old iMac, thats been flawless as hell. I've had no problems with Safari (barring Reading list, which has never worked for me on this machine) and since installing 6.05 it runs horribly...
