RootsMagic's connection to Ancestry is faulty

My Ancestry.com family tree will not totally download to my new RootsMagic 8 family tree. The tree itself downloads but the 'media' portion, which contains the documentation and jpeg's will not. The Apple firewall is open to RootsMagic.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
