Hey so over the weekend I had to update my phone and decided to upgrade from a Rose Gold iPhone 7 Plus to the Blush-Gold iPhone 8 Plus.

I'm not totally in love with it as I was when I got my Rose Gold iPhone 7. I guess it's because its not really a rose gold color. I'm on the fence of returning this and getting a rose gold iphone 7 plus and hold on to it for the next 1.5-2 years.

What do you guys suggest I do? Any help/advice is needed please

Thanks!

Funny since ifelt my 8+ looked a little too rose goldy

Not the same gold like my prior 6+

If the color of the phone puts you off that much, I’d suggest getting the phone you truly like especially if you have to live with it for the next two years

Yeah but would staying with the 8 be better in the long run since it has a more updated chip?

Yeah, i would say its more of a true rose gold tone, which i do like but i'm a huge fan of the pink-rose gold color apple used to offer

Kinda like asking the world whether you should have Corn Flakes or Cheerios for breakfast

more like asking should i get macbook air 2018or a macbook air 2019 ;)

The iPhone 8+ is so much faster than a iPhone 7+

The iPhone 8+ is a close equivalent to iPhone XR performance.

Also I purchased (2) iPhone 8 models. I thought the gold was beautiful that I bought for my wife.

update: kept the 8 plus and even asked for a price adjustment since apple just lowered the price within the 14 day window i bought. so i save money.

Also, after seeing how crazy the new iphones are i think the iphone 8 is the closest to pink im gonna get with a device that will be capable for at least 2 more years
