I wirelessly attach to a router upstairs. (My main computer and printer are downstairs).
I would like to be able to print from my laptop which is also upstairs.
I want to attach a router to my Mac Pro and a printer to it.
This router will be used solely for printing.

Is this possible?
Will my MacPro be able to see the printer (currently using USB connection)?

I’d get something like an airport express and set it to join mode, and use the usb port on that for the printer. Don’t need to attach the macpro, unless you want to turn off it’s wifi and use ethernet from the express.
