iPod Roxio Crunch - Chapter support

I want to covert a few of my movies for my Iphone. I know all about handbrake, but I want something a little easier. Crunch looks great BUT it doesn't say if it will place chapter markers in the file.

Does anyone know if it does?

I don't care about naming the chapters, just so long as i get them.
