RSS documentation

I am looking for a good book or a site so I can learn and have a play with RSS, so I can create some custom feeds.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations as there doesn't seem to be many reviews out there.

RSS is very simple really. There's not much to it so you won't likely find a book dedicated to it, maybe a pamphlet.
