When I do a search for say, trout fishing, on Google in the News section I get a listing for all news pertaining to trout fishing. I've tried to use this RSS feed to display that list on a web site but it doesn't work. I've been using feed.informer.com but it keeps saying the feed URL I'm copying in is a web page instead of a feed even though the URL starts with "feed:".

Is there a way to filter out news by topic and display it? Thanks!

Did you click on the rss link on the left hand side? It appends &output=RSS to the end of the URL. I didn't go through the whole process of creating an account, but it seems that feed.informer took the url.

In the example I tried, the URL it accepted was:
<http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=trout+fishing&ie=UTF-8&output=rss>
