Is there any RSS reader that works on both Mac and iOS that doesn't require creating an account, but just sync feeds over iCloud?

Before spending another $15 for Mac and iOS apps, can someone confirm if new Reeder 4 sync fees with the iCloud, or does it require the account? It says in the description that it sync "read it later service" with the iCloud, but no mention of feeds.

Shame they have only this thumbnail view that I find a bit hard to read and follow. Would be awesome if there's a normal list view.

You can always approach the developer. He @simmepi is even active here on MacRumors forum.
I really like the thumbnail view which he based on the app that was ones available called 'Pulse' but was taken over by LinkedIn see also the original forum topic.

Is there one for Windows? I just recently deleted my feedly account to use my icloud RSS. And I can't find one for Windows. I do use reeder 5 for my iphone though. :) So thats one good thing.

Maybe Inoreader or Flipboard are options for you. Both are available on Windows / in the browser.
May I ask why you decided to delete Feedly because that is also available on Windows via the browser.
