iPhone RSSRadio app refuses to delete data from iCloud storage

I installed RSSRadio app on my iphone and recently deleted it, but the data will not delete from icloud. I reinstalled the app and tried to uninstall but a message says the data will remain even after uninstalling. Any way to get rid of it or is it a permanent part of icloud now?

In the Settings app, go to your Apple ID, then iCloud, Manage Storage. It might take a minute to load, but it's going to then list all the apps that are storing data in there. Find it in the list and then hit Delete Documents & Data.

I've tried that and it normally works, but with this app it does nothing.
