RTD.DB equivalent for Numbers

I need to import stock/option prices into a Numbers worksheet. Does anyone know of a formula to import and auto-update prices that are found on yahoo.finance or similar sites?

ThinkorSwim from TD Ameritrade offers this with a server link. It is set to work in Excel, but I can't find a way to do it in Numbers or Excel for Mac. Anyone have any ideas?

Been trying for years.... No Success. I've search and search, from what I gathered, RTD does not work on macOS. The only other workaround is to install windows on a virtual machine and run TOS and Excel to get it to work.
