I am looking for GENUINE (or genuine-like*) rubber feet for my macbook pro 17'' early 2011 and a friend's mbp mid2010 13''. The problem is that wherever I look they are hard plastic and not rubber feet.
original rubber feet have a feeling of touching a fabric, if you know what i mean.
Commenters in stores (such Amazon and eBay) claim that cheap hard plastic can be slippery on hard surfaces something I don't want.

Does anybody know any online store who sell original rubber feet for mbp?
Thank you

ps. My local stores either don't sell, or don't have rubber feet.
ps2. iFixit - Europe told me that their products is hard plastic, not rubber (and of course not genuine).

No, it is only a guide and they only suggest ask our local shops, which I did already.

Thank you for bearing with me. This is what I ve done already. No option and guided me to contact an Apple Genius Agent who gave me a list of local stores - nobody is having such rubber feet. That's why I am looking an online store!

The only Authentic ones i've found are these. They're a full kit for the different models. Made with Real rubber and not the plastic Chinese stuff.

I had this problem a couple of years ago and Apple could only supply the whole bottom plate. Quite ridiculous! Nothing like saving the environment!

Do you use your Macbook upside down with the lid closed? ;)
Lol... I am using it right now only for coffee maker, as the integrated chip overburns and it is unsusable.
Seriously, that's how I reflow the chip back in to make it usable again...

silicone non slip feet will really anchor the thing. it is amazing how they grip.
Exactly.. That's the importance of such a rubber feet.

I wouldn't mind buying the whole bottom (only in the right price of course, not pay a diamond for sh*t, as is the case with many Apple faulty products). The environment won't be harmed from a bottom, let get other things fixed first, like the use of non-recyclable materials in laptops.
And as for environment in general, I am #1 in my inner family and friend circle who cares most.
