Rubber marks on the chassis when closing the
macbook, normal?
It is cleaned very easily, they only appear when you
close the lid and open it after a while, so is this
normal?

I've never noticed that on mine. Perhaps they are dirty or something happened to them to make them deteriorate.

Could you please pay attention if you notice a slight mark of the tires on the edges of the chassis?

After careful inspection. They don't exist on mine.
Maybe the tires don't rest well on the chassis, I have a macbook that happens to and the tires are not stuck flush, a reddit colleague has told me that it is completely normal.

If you moisten a soft cloth with water or a very mild cleaner (thinking of glass plus with NO ammonia), does that clean it off?

BE CAREFUL, not too much water or cleaner -- you don't want moisture getting into the speakers.

With the same finger I can clean it. It's very easy to clean. It's just that the rubber mark remains when the mac is closed.
