do such cases exist?

i see hard shells with "soft feels" but really looking for a silicon skin ish cover.
 
Honestly.....packing a computer size heat sink (your MBP's aluminium body) is not great for thermal management! Especially not the volcano-heat-generating 2019 MBPs.
