Hi,

I'm looking for a rucksack (or is knapsack the correct word) for my MBA.
Most of the rucksacks I've looked at are just tooooooooo large ;-)
Beside the MBA and the power supply I only ne space for a writing pad.

Maybe I just using one of these neoprene sleeve and this rucksack:
Erdinger Wheat Beer

i am also looking for a new bag for my air, although i am interested in finding a messenger bag. i've had a simple bag from manhattan portage for about six years now and it has held up very well. i think mine is one of the dj messnegers, and it is just a little small for being able to carry much else as well as my notebook.

i actually carry my mba in one of the belkin sling bags (similar to the slim pack). works great for the mba. there is some play where the mba sits in the bag, but the padding and material help minimize movement. also theres more than enough room for an accessory pack (comes with the bag) containing mba charger, monitor cables, slim usb hub + charger, and some other flash drives and cables. i keep these along with my ipod classic, iphone, couple pens, reading materials (magazine or paperback) and my franklin covey planner in my bag all without any problem. it doesn't seem to be as big as you would think with all of these contained in. my bag itself still has a fairly slim profile and is fairly comfortable, as long as you don't mind the sling type strap (if you do, then the slim pack or messenger is what you're looking for). also i haven't had any problems with the materials or quality--it's not of the caliber as some of the other cases i've carried my apple laptops in (e.g. brenthaven, booq, timbuktu, smb), but i would have to say that overall i am happy with this case for my mba.

and no, i don't work for belkin :)
