Simply backup the info.plist file in /Applications/Cydia.app and replace it with this one or this one if the other link doesn't work for you.

After that, respring your phone and open Cydia again. It will now be in the correct res! Enjoy.

Why not? It's not Cydia's info that's getting replaced. I just updated around 10 App Store applications to iPhone 6 plus resolution. There's a thread on Reddit on how to do it.

I manually edit most of mines this morning but didn't finished all of them. Luckily, this app works great and made it easier to finish the rest of them.
