Run iOS application on Simulator in my Mac (M1 cpu)

I read an article about how to run iOS applications on Mac (M1). As in the attached screenshot, the simulator is running, but the App Store app is showing No Simulators are running. Anybody know the reason? Thanks.

By the way, my macOS is 13.3.
