Run "Refresh All" in iCal when I open it?

How do I make iCal run "Refresh All" automatically (found under Calendar > Refresh All) when I open it?

I don't think that's an option, but if you set your subscribed calendar(s) to auto-refresh every day, every hour or the slightly manic every 15 minutes, it should refresh them often enough (including whenever you start iCal for the first time that day/that hour/that quarter of an hour).
