MP 1,1-5,1 Run win on Mac with pc graphic card?

Hi Pros,
I plan to buy a mac pro 5.1 and upgrade graphic card nvidia quadro k5000, but i want to run win10 only, so is it possible if i put dell/hp k5000 on mac then install win 10?
