Running 2 Windows OS' with Parallels 8

I'm running ML and Parallels 8 and Windows 8. Can I also install a second virtual machine of XP? The reason I'm asking is that none of my expensive service manuals will run now that I have upgraded to W8 and ran fine on XP.

All you need to do is create a new virtual machine in Parallels and install the OS you wish to run. I was running at one point a windows 7, win8 and Fedora VMs on my MBP.
