iPhone Running apps through a Proxy?

Search isn't doing me much good.... Have people found a way yet to connect through a proxy for all apps? Not just safari?

For example, if I wanted to use Pandora radio overseas...... running my entire iPhone through an American proxy?

On wifi it's a standard feature in iOS, check under your active wifi connection, it has proxy settings.

A VPN service will also work.

Would the Pandora App, Youtube app, Optimum app (I can watch my cable tv streaming on my iPhone) ect. run through the VPN?

I need to trick EVERY app into thinking I am in america, not just Safari
