Nothing to do. If there is an update for you, the phone will tell you. Otherwise just keep using it as normal.

You are using 13.1 I presumed? Then nothing will happen

They’ll release the crappy GM version of iOS 13.0. If you’re on 13.1, you don’t need to do anything as we will not see the update when released.

If you are running the latest iOS 13 public beta, than you are probably on iOS 13.1 beta 3 by now. iOS 13.1 will be officially released on 30 Sep, so nothing special will happen for you tomorrow. However, you still might get some iOS 13.1 betas between now and the end of the month.
